敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！我叫谢沛燃。这次我很荣幸能站在讲台上进行版英语科代表的竞选。权这次，我要通过我的努力，成为老师的助手，同学的榜样，我相信我一定能竞选上英语科代表这个职务。
一个人最可怜的是无知，最可悲的是自私，最可敬的是拼搏。不管我竞选成功与否，我都会让自私、无知与我无缘。只有那一股子拼劲，为大家，为班级做事。我在每次的英语考试中都能达到95分以上，成绩很不错，此外，我有着强烈的责任心，有丰富的经验，可以帮助老师做一些力所能及的事。如果我竞选成功，我一定会全心全意地为同学服务。每天早上，我会带领同学们进行早读，并把同学的作业收齐。在课上，我会带头积极举手发言；课下，如果有同学来问我不会的题，我也一定会耐心爽快地回答。如果遇到了一些难题，我会组织其他的同学共同探讨，并寻求老师的帮助。正因为如此，我有信心做好一名英语科代表。
假如我落选了，我也不会伤心，因为那说明我还有许多缺点，我将继续自我完善，因为每一个失败都会提醒我下次努力。俗话说“失败乃成功之母“，我还会继续努力，找出自己的不足并及时改正，争取下次能竞选上。

我现在之所以站在讲台上,是因为我有勇气面对大家给我的挑战,既然我敢于接受挑战,那我就能够当好我们班的英语科代表!
当英语科代表一直是我的梦想,这有三个原因:
其一,我的英语还可以.尽管我不能高傲地说我是全班第一,但我在班上的排名想必也不会差.这是一个当英语科代表的条件.英语好说明我更有带动大家努力学好英语的决定和能力,更能增进我与英语老师之间的沟通,以便更好的为全班传达老师的思想,进而服务全班.帮助大家的英语更上一层楼!
其二,我非常喜欢英语这门课程.记得老师曾经说过一句话:兴趣是学习英语最好的老师.而我对英语学习的兴趣可谓是大而不过,强而不减.相信我这浓厚兴趣一定会给全班英语学习氛围增添一道亮丽的风景,让我们班在爱英语的基础上学英语,肯定会提高全班的英语整体水平.从而达到我当科代表的目的!
最后,我想对大家说,我会用我的行动证明给大家看,加强处理班上事务的能力,以身作责,当好这个英语科代表,不孚众望!真诚地希望老师相信我,同学支持我,谢谢大家!

My fellow students, its my great honor to be here to talk about an important decision: who is the best candidate for chairman of the student union in our university. The answer is: me, nobody but me.
Hobbies vary from person to person. People may collect stamps, coins and so on. Take me for example, I collect chairs, a variety of chairs. Im so crazy about it that Im nicknamed "Chairman", You see, Im innately a chairman. My fellow students, please allow me to share with you the reasons why I fit the position best. Fist of all, it is well known to my teachers and classmates that Ima straight A student, excellent is every course. Whats more, I have been winning scholarships ever since I becamea pupil. My fellow students, if Im elected to chair the student union, I represent nobody but you; I represent your wellbeing and interests; I represent every need of yours. If Im elected to chair the student union, the most brilliant scholars home and abroad will be scheled to lecture here to feast out ears and eyes and update our knowledge.I
f Im elected to chair the student union, our school will witness regular job supermarkets involving world-fa-mous corporations. In the first place, these enterprises can spread their names in this prestigious school and recruit fist-class talents like you. 今天，我要竞选的是六一中队的学习委员。
我热情开朗、热爱集体、团结同学、拥有爱心。在班里，我不算是学习最好的，但我相信，在以后的日子中，我会是最努力的。假如我当上了学习委员，我会更加严格要求自己，为同学们树立榜样，提高大家的学习成绩。相信在我们的共同努力下，人人都能发挥自己的聪明才智，使我们的整个班级变成一个团结向上、积极进取的集体。

3. 做好每天的工作，让同学们对英语更感兴趣。
4. 按时检查同学的英语作业，对不完成者进行提醒或惩罚。
5. 每天上课时注意观察，有溜号的同学及时汇报给老师。
6. 每天认真听讲，按时完成作业，做好预习和复习的工作，当好同学们的榜样。
如果我不能胜任这个职位，我也不会气馁，我会再接再厉，向大家展示我的实力，做好自己，做好一个学生！
