小学时,我有一个梦想。我希望每天都不要有很多的家庭作业要做。玩耍的时间一点点被剥夺,而我们一天中的三分之一被禁锢在教室,很多时间在学习。 上初中的时候,我有一个梦想,我希望自己能成为一名尖子生;回到家能受到家人的表扬;在学校能受到老师们的肯定;在同学之间能有鹤立鸡群的表现。之后,我学会了奋斗。
今天,我有一个梦想,我希望自己能考上一所中意的高中。我为着梦想,`每一天都苦苦寻找着充实自己的辅导书与练习卷,为着光明的未来而努力。

That in the process of working on your dreams, you’re going to encounter a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. The moments when you’re going to doubt yourselves,

It’s very important for you to believe that you are the one. Most people they raise their family, they earn their living and then they die. They stop growing. They stop working on themselves. They stop stretching. They stop pushing themselves. That a lot of people like to complain but they don’t want to do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dreams. Why? One is because of the fear, the fear of failure. What if things don’t work out? And the fear of success, what if they do and I can’t handle it. These are not risk takers.

You spent so much time with other people. You spent so much time channel. You get other people to like you. You know other people more than you know yourselves. You study them. You know about them. You want to hang out like them. You want to be just like them. And you know what? Even better so much time and man, you don’t know who you are. I challenge you should spend time by yourselves.

It’s necessary that you get the losers out of your life if you want to live your dream. But people who are running toward their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning.

When you become the right person, what you do is to start separating yourselves from other people. You begin to have your certain uniqueness. As long as you following other people, as long as you will be a cat. You will never ever be the best cat in the world. But you will be the best you could be. I challenge you could find your value. That everybody want to see it, that everybody want to join you, that everybody want to have a vision, it’s necessary to know that you are uncommon breed, it’s necessary you’re allowing yourselves with people who are trying to enter your business who are hungry, people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is and who want more. The people who are living their dreams are fighting winners to attach themselves to .The people that are living their dreams are the people they know if it’s gonna happen, it’s up to them.

If you want to be more successful, if you want to have and don’t stop and never to be bored, let them all to invest in you, to invest in you, to invest in you.Someone has the opinion that you do not have to become your reality, that you don’t have to go through life being a victim. Even though you face disappointment, you have to know within yourselves. Can I do it? Even no one sees it from me, I am gonna see it from myself.

I am telling you to invest time. I am telling you to be alone. I am telling you to spend out and get to know yourselves. When you become an indivial, what you do is you to take yourselves and you start submarine yourselves underpinned. I am telling you to get to a place where people don’t like you or bother you anymore. Why? Cause you are not consort with people and make them happy. Because you try more, you try to invest your mind.

Don’t let anybody steal your dream. Have we face our rejections and we have a meeting and no one shows up? And somebody says you can count on me and they don’t come through. What if we have that kind of attitude we don’t possess. Nobody believes in you and you’ve lost again again and again. Your life has cut off, but you still looking at your grieve, revealing it every day and the singular step is not over.

I Have a Dream by Martin Luther King, Jr.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of graalism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream."

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of "interposition" and "nullification" -- one day right there in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together."?
This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with.

With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

And this will be the day -- this will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning:

My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing.

Land where my fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride,

From every mountainside, let freedom ring!

And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.

And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.

Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.

Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of
Pennsylvania.

Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.

But not only that:

Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.

From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:

Free at last! free at last!

Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!

That in the process of working on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. There are moments that you are going to doubt yourself. You said, God why is this happening to me? I’m just trying to take care of my family, trying to give them a good life, I’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. Why does this have to happen to me. For those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.
The rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, God like feature that only the special among can achieve. It’s something that truly exists, in all of us. It’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!
Most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. They stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. Then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dreams – why?
1. Is because of fear, fear of failure “what if things don’t work out“?
2. Is fair of success “what if they do and I can’t handle it?”
These are not risk takers
You have spent so much time with other people, you have spent so much time trying to get people to like you, you know other people more than you know yourself. You’ve studied them, you know about them, you want to hang out with them, you want to be just like them. You’ve invested so much time on them, you don’t know who you are. I challenge you to spend time by yourself.
It’s necessary, that you get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. But people who are running towards their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning. When you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness, as long as you follow other people, as long as you are being a ‘-cat’, you will never ever be the best -cat in the world but you will be the best you can be!
I challenge you to define your value.
Everybody won’t see it, everybody won’t join you, everybody won’t have the vision…it’s necessary to know that you are an uncommon breed. It’s necessary that you align yourself with people and attract people into your business, who are hungry, people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is and who want more!
The people that are living their dreams are parting with winners, to attach themselves to the and the people who are living their dreams are the people that know that if it’s going to happen it’s up to them!
If you want to be more successful, if you want to have and do stuff you never done before then I’m asking you to invest in you!
Someones opinion of you does not have to become your reality.
You don’t have to go through life being a victim. And even though you face disappointments, you have to know within yourself that ‘I can do this, even if no one else sees it for me, I must see it for myself!’
No matter how bad it is, how hard it gets, say to yourself, I’m going to make it!
I wanna represent an idea. I wanna represent possibilities. Some of you right now, you wanna go to the next level. You wanna be a civil engineer, you wanna council, you wanna be a doctor.
Listen to me: You can’t get to that level. You can’t get to that level until you start to invest in your mind
I dare you to invest in your mind.
I dare you to invest time.
I dare you to be alone.
I dare you to spend an HOUR alone to get to know yourself.
I challenge you to get to a place where people do not like or do not even bother you anymore. Why? Because you’re not concerned with making them happy anyway. Because you’re trying to blow up. You’re trying to get to the next level. Because you’re investing in your mind.
If you’re still talking about your dream and your goals but you have not done anything just TAKE THE FIRST STEP.
You can make your parents proud, you can make your school proud you can touch millions of peoples lives and the world will never be the same again because you came this way. Don’t let anybody steal your dream!
After we face a rejection and a “no” or we have a meeting and no one shows up, or somebody says “you can count on me” and they don’t come through, what if we have that kind of attitude that cause reposes, nobody believes in you, you’ve lost again, and again, the lights are cut off but you are still looking at your dream, reviewing it everyday and saying to yourself: IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL I WIN!

Everyone has a dream.
Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. That's my dream. I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant villages.
Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of 2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are able to go to a good university. Finally, we can find a good job in society.
My dream is also that although at present I’m good at study, I’ll still try my best to be the study winner. Now everything I do is close to my dream. I feel life is fill with hope and is colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize my dream.

可还有一种人,看起来条件很不错,吃饱穿暖,还睡着席梦思,可他们还是睡不好。这可能吗?答案是完全有可能。这种人一般都是心理压力过大。可能是患上了绝症,生命进入了倒计时阶段,可能是最近生意不景气,走上了下坡路,还有可能是被各种人抨击,心里十分难受。他们物质上也许都很富足,可就是经常失眠,只有借助药物来使自己入睡。你想一想,如果你睡在席梦思上,可身上却压了一座山,你能睡得着吗?这种人,就是心里有一座山。

其实只要有乐观的心态,他们便能很快睡着。病人不要整天想“我还剩几天”,而应想“我还有几天”。生意不景气者应找机会全身心放松,放松完后努力工作便可有成绩。而被抨击则应抱有闻过则喜的态度,有则改之无则加勉。努力改善自己。这样,他们就能很快入睡。

以上几点,说起来容易,可真正做的到的又有几个呢?希望大家时刻保持着乐观的心态,一同来帮我完成这个梦想。
