Civilization is a power, like the Olympic torch relay, in the hands of each person, together with all the passion. Civilization, is the beginning of happiness life, civilization, is the gift of life is the most beautiful proud. Let us join hands to create a civilized, beautiful, harmonious zhuhai ~

B. 我国航空航天业的优势和劣势有哪些

2004珠海航展高峰论坛主题演讲——

各位来宾、女士们、先生们：

两年一度的中国国际航空航天博览会第五次迎来了各方宾朋。首先，我代表国防科学技术工业委员会，对各位出席本次高峰论坛表示热烈欢迎和衷心感谢。在此，我愿就中国航空航天业的发展作一个简要的介绍和展望。

新中国成立55年来，在党和国家几代领导人的亲切关怀和正确领导下，中国航空航天业从无到有、从小到大，取得了举世瞩目的成就。中国航空工业研制生产了数十型、万余架各类飞机，并出口了数百架飞机和众多配套的发动机、机载设备及生产线；一个专业门类比较齐全，科研、试验、生产手段基本配套的航空工业体系已经形成；以新支线飞机为突破口，支线飞机、通用飞机、直升机、航空发动机等研制生产迈出了新步伐。中国航天工业成功研制开发了包括科学试验卫星、气象卫星、资源卫星、通信卫星、导航卫星在内的多种应用卫星，成功研制了12种型号的长征系列运载火箭，进行了81次发射，将中国的61颗卫星、5艘飞船和30颗国外卫星送入了太空；特别是去年神舟五号载人飞船的成功发射和回收，标志着中国成为世界上第三个实现载人航天的国家；中国已成为世界上少数独立掌握空间技术的大国之一，在空间应用和空间科学领域也进行了积极探索，为人类航天事业发展作出了积极贡献。与此同时，我们培养造就了一支业务精湛、素质优良、敢打硬仗的科技人才队伍，在长时期不懈奋斗中形成的“两弹一星”精神和载人航天精神，作为伟大的中华民族精神的生动体现，已经并将继续对中国社会先进文化的建设起到重要的推动作用。

进入新世纪，中国步入了全面建设小康社会、推进社会主义现代化建设的新阶段。按照全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标，到2020年，中国国内生产总值将比2000年翻两番，人均GDP将超过3000美元左右——这对有着十几亿人口且是一个发展中的大国来说，将是一个既雄伟壮观又切实可行的重要跨越。随着中国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，中国航空航天业正面临着新的发展机遇，有着广阔的发展空间。

中国政府始终把航空航天科技作为带动国家科学技术发展的重要战略高技术之一，始终把航空航天产业作为提升国家综合国力和国际竞争力、促进国民经济发展、维护国家安全的重要战略性产业之一。可以预见：在未来的二十年，中国的航空航天业必将为中国先进生产力的发展插上更加有力的翅膀，必将为中华民族完成新时期的历史任务，实现民族伟大复兴增添更加强劲的助推器。

中国政府支持和鼓励中国航空工业以国内外市场需求为导向，改革创新，加快发展。我们将继续实施以支线飞机起步的发展规划，按照国际标准和市场化运作模式，努力推进支线飞机形成支柱产品；适应社会对通用航空的需求和空管改革的需要，加快推进通用飞机、轻型民用直升机的产业化步伐，加快新机型、新技术开发；进一步扩大民用飞机及相关产品和服务的出口；鼓励企业按专业化、规模化方向不断扩大国外航空零部件转包生产和风险承包业务，积极融入国际航空工业大循环；我们还将结合国家中长期科技发展规划的制定和实施，积极开展大型飞机工程的论证工作。

中国政府支持和鼓励中国航天事业的科技进步和产业化发展。积极推进应用卫星从“试验应用型”向“业务服务型”转变，形成气象卫星、资源卫星、海洋卫星、环境与灾害监测小卫星群等应用卫星系列，建立长期稳定运行的卫星对地观测体系；以“大型静止轨道卫星公用平台”为依托，研制新一代通信广播卫星、音频/视频直播卫星。研制“无毒、无污染、高可靠、大推力”的新一代运载火箭，全面提高中国运载火箭的整体水平和能力。继续发展空间科学，开展深空探测，支持建立空间科学探测卫星系列和空间环境保障体系。我们将按计划完成世人瞩目的绕月探测工程，同时开展月球探测二、三期工程论证，积极推进载人航天的后续工作。

中国航空航天业将认真贯彻科学发展观，进一步开阔发展思路，创新发展模式，拓展发展空间。一是坚持统筹规划、协调发展。立足市场需求和未来发展需要，统筹考虑飞机、发动机、机载设备发展，统筹考虑空间技术、空间应用和空间科学发展，推动航空航天业走新型工业化发展道路。二是坚持强化基础，自主创新。重视基础研究和预先研究，重视提高产业科技水平和制造水平，增强自主创新能力和可持续发展能力。三是坚持深化改革、扩大开放。充分发挥市场配置资源的作用，深化企业产权制度改革和投融资体制改革，推进投资主体多元化进程，鼓励和引导社会资金参与航空航天业建设；充分利用经济全球化的机遇，进一步拓展国际合作领域，提高对外开放水平。四是坚持以人为本，实施人才战略。培养和造就大批高素质的航空航天人才，吸引和鼓励优秀人才投身航空航天事业，使中国航空航天业成为英才荟萃、人才辈出的行业，为中国经济发展和社会全面进步作出更大贡献。

中国航空航天业取得的成就，是中国航空航天人自力更生、艰苦奋斗的结果，也得益于对外开放和国际合作；中国航空航天业开创新的辉煌，需要依靠中国航空航天人团结拼搏、开拓创新，也离不开国际合作与交流。当今世界，是充满竞争的时代，更是需要合作、讲求共赢的时代。中国将始终奉行改革开放的基本国策，鼓励和支持企事业单位在遵守国家外交政策和已签署的国际条约的前提下，积极开展航空航天领域国际合作与交流。长期以来，中国政府和企业与许多国家的政府和企业之间在航空航天领域开展了卓有成效的合作。通过合作，彼此之间增进了了解，加强了联系，建立了友谊，实现了优势互补、共同发展。有的项目被誉为国际合作的范例。我们将一如既往，积极推动航空航天业的国际合作，为航空航天事业的跨越发展，为航空航天技术造福人类而不懈努力。

女士们，先生们：在航空航天人的眼里，我们共同生活的星球只是一个小小的“地球村”。我们有着共同的家园，我们应进一步加强联系与交流，共同探索宇宙的奥秘。让我们共同携手，抓住机遇，积极开展航空航天业全方位、多形式、宽领域的合作与交流，为共同推进世界航空航天事业的发展，为人类的文明和进步不断作出应有的贡献！

Good moring,everyone.I am so glad to share my holiday with you.
I have read the series of books.It gives me a lot of knowledges,including planes in the air,brave beasts in the forest,funny games and interesting festivals from different countries,and offers so much fun.
The most attracting one is Flying.It introce the history of aviation,which makes me know a lot.When I read the attempted flying of White brothers,I felt so happy.when I read the Charles flied across the Atlantic,and successfully landed in Pairs,it seemed I congratulated with them on the squre.when I read the crash of Amelia Earhart's plane in the Pacific,I felt so sorry.
In the second world war,planes played important role and made great complishments.These days,all kinds of planes flying in the sky all over the world.
A few days ago, an airplane exhibition was held in Zhuhai.Many new planes and perfomance were introced there,bringing hapiiness and knowlege to the people.
Seeing the development of aviation,I realized the importance of learing.We should work hard and make contributions for scioety.
