张姑娘1988年出生，戴了副眼镜，看上去挺斯文。
事情发生在2月9日下午。张姑娘在丰潭路上了辆往市区方向的49路公交车。车上乘客很多，车子一站站停靠，张姑娘慢慢从车头被挤到了车中间位置。行驶到体育场路武林门南站时，又上来一波乘客，张姑娘又被往车中间挤了挤，刚好站在一个中年男子的前面。下午2点50分，公交车启动，从体育场路转弯到环城西路，开到市中医院门口附近时，张姑娘突然感觉到自己的胸部被身后的一只手捏了一把！
张姑娘转身一看，发现座位两边站立的乘客都脸朝着窗。她身后就一个中年男子，紧贴着她的背部。张姑娘一边大喊：“你干嘛，你干嘛，你摸我干嘛，你变态啊……”一边打向中年男子。中年男子可能是心虚，只用手遮挡，并没有反击。
张姑娘并没有就此放过中年男子，一边打骂，一边将中年男子逼退到了车尾。这时，车上乘客也明白过来怎么回事了，立马说，报警。
49路公交车司机知晓情况后，马上停车。乘客们把中年男子控制住，拨打了110。
他说只是无意蹭到
情景重现无处遁形
接到报警后，北山派出所民警赶到现场，将张姑娘和中年男子带回了派出所。
中年男子姓何，1976年生。何某说，他是从古荡上车的，去单位上晚班。他说，车上人那么多那么挤，自己只是无意碰了一下，是张姑娘太敏感了。
张姑娘当场就生气了：“你的左手拉着公交车的拉手，另外一只右手怎么可能绕过我身后，然后再无意碰到我的胸部？”
民警查看了车内监控。监控显示，何某的左手事发时确实拉着公交车的拉手。但车上人比较多，视频有遮挡，他触碰张姑娘的过程并没有拍到。
何某坚称是无意，张姑娘坚持说有意，这到底怎么判断呢？
民警突然灵光一闪，打算来一个情景重现，模拟当时公交车上的情景。何某一只手拉着公交车的拉手，空余多出一只手，民警让他再模拟一次“无意行为”。
结果，无论何种方式，何某也做不到“那么无意”。
何某终于承认，是一时冲动，摸了张姑娘的胸。他交代，当时他看到张姑娘挪到车中间，以为她要快下车了，临时起意，就伸手摸了一下她的胸。没想到，张姑娘会立即喊了出来，还打了他，他就慌了。由于何某在公交车上还威胁他人，目前，北山派出所对何某处以行政拘留5日的处罚。等他放出来，已经是大年三十了。
西湖警方提醒，在公共场所遇到“咸猪手”，不要忍气吞声，不要因为害羞不说话：“忍气吞声只会助长色狼们的气焰，更加肆无忌惮。你奋起反抗大声喝止，并及时拨打110，会让那些心怀叵测、心地阴暗的男人们无地自容的。”

该片讲述的故事发人深省：这天，很多乘客挤上44路长途车，其中有一个乘客 (吴超饰) 后来上车，引起了大巴司机 (龚蓓苾饰) 的注意，交谈了几句之后，长途车开始远行了。不料，在公路上遇到两名劫匪，他们不仅将票款抢劫一空，还胁迫女司机到路边荒草地中欲施强暴，可是车上所有的乘客都无动于衷，男青年在动员无效后，一个人冲到车下要求匪徒放过女司机，可是反被刺中一刀，司机也未能幸免于难。司机被匪徒放回后继续开车，可是却将挺身而出的男青年赶下车。后来，郁闷的男青年终于又搭上另外一辆汽车，汽车在行进中被后面开来的一辆警车超过，男青年不由得更加关心女司机的命运，事情很快有了答案，44号公车被女司机开进山沟里，女司机和车上乘客全部死亡。
