Today, I want to say something about goals.
Shakespeare said：『To be or not to be ,this is a question.』 As a youth, since we have chosen to live, I think we should set goals for life. Today, I just want to publish some of my personal points.
First of all, the most important is that we should know the meaning of the goal. I want to remind you that goal is a plan of life, rather than a dream. I used to set lots of goals, but few of them realized. The reason why I gave up those goals is that most of them are unrealistic. So I want to say when you make a goal, you should guarantee the goal can be completed. Otherwise everything would be meaningless. And then make sure, the goal is for the life not just for a short time. Therefore trying to look at the problem with a long term vision is also very important. of course, it doesn』t mean goals must not be changed. You can adjust according to the situation if you think it is more meaningful to realize the value of life.
Second, when you have made a goal, does it mean everything is ok? No, not at all! To achieve this goal is much more important Even if the goal is meaningful. if you don』t achieve, it means nothing. Therefore to be persistent you may as well try you best achieve each of you goals well Even if the goals are just plain, you can sill succeed. Remember, it』s extraordinary if you do every ordinary thing well.
These are all my opinions I hope these suggestions can help you achieve your goals in life and have a better tomorrow.

people dont talk about what makes a better world quite often. usually, they just complain about it. u will hear a lot stuff like "i hate that stupid guy who pretend to know everything!" or "the traffic is horrible, and it drives me nuts!" but truely, have u ever thought about what makes a better world? because obviously, complaining itself, cant do anything about making a better world for us. to me, everthing little thing carries its own meaning. for example, a smile, simple but delightful, won't probably make anybody's day, but still, we do love smiling, and we do love to see other people smiling at us. so i say, to make a better world, we should start with small things. dont let other people down by saying something bad about them. be positive, be active, dont complain because it won't help. and most importantly, smile a lot. you know what they say about smile, if you think you're not pretty enough, wear a smile!

Dreams ,in one way,are not expensive .They cost any money .Even the poorest person can have all the dreams .But in another way they are expensive for you have to work to make them come true .
We grow old by giving up our dreams.But you should have a dream deep in your heart.If you can dream ,you can do .If we stop dreaming ,we will close door to succees.
I hope we will always be a dreamer ,a poet ,a seeker of rainbows after stroms.

the unfailing childlike appetite of what』s next and the joy of the game of
living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless
station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and
power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.

When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism
and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as
your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die

一旦天線下降，銳氣便被冰雪覆蓋，玩世不恭、自暴自棄油然而生，即使年方二十，實已垂垂老矣；然則只要樹起天線，捕捉樂觀信號，你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時仍覺年輕。

My definition of success

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am

However, as a person』s whole life is concerned, success becomes very
complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don』t think so. I believe success is the realization of people』

who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of
people』 hopes and ideals.

Different people have different ideas about success; cause people』s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.

What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure
every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a
