We live in the romantic city - zhuhai. Since has become China's special economic zones in 1980, the rapid development of zhuhai in 2013 China's urban sustainable development index ranking the first in the report. Successfully held in November this year's show, also witnessed the rapid development of zhuhai. The development of economy makes people's life has changed, more bustling streets, full of beautiful things in all kinds of goods let's dazzling.
But when we enjoy the urban development of fast and convenient at the same time, is also looking to the busy city of beautiful scene? In the construction of civilized cities, what can we do? A person may feel insignificant to do it, but everybody do so, all firewood high flame. Each of us take half a step, can make the society a big step.

Civilization is a power, like the Olympic torch relay, in the hands of each person, together with all the passion. Civilization, is the beginning of happiness life, civilization, is the gift of life is the most beautiful proud. Let us join hands to create a civilized, beautiful, harmonious zhuhai ~

B. 我國航空航天業的優勢和劣勢有哪些

2004珠海航展高峰論壇主題演講——

各位來賓、女士們、先生們：

兩年一度的中國國際航空航天博覽會第五次迎來了各方賓朋。首先，我代表國防科學技術工業委員會，對各位出席本次高峰論壇表示熱烈歡迎和衷心感謝。在此，我願就中國航空航天業的發展作一個簡要的介紹和展望。

新中國成立55年來，在黨和國家幾代領導人的親切關懷和正確領導下，中國航空航天業從無到有、從小到大，取得了舉世矚目的成就。中國航空工業研製生產了數十型、萬余架各類飛機，並出口了數百架飛機和眾多配套的發動機、機載設備及生產線；一個專業門類比較齊全，科研、試驗、生產手段基本配套的航空工業體系已經形成；以新支線飛機為突破口，支線飛機、通用飛機、直升機、航空發動機等研製生產邁出了新步伐。中國航天工業成功研製開發了包括科學試驗衛星、氣象衛星、資源衛星、通信衛星、導航衛星在內的多種應用衛星，成功研製了12種型號的長征系列運載火箭，進行了81次發射，將中國的61顆衛星、5艘飛船和30顆國外衛星送入了太空；特別是去年神舟五號載人飛船的成功發射和回收，標志著中國成為世界上第三個實現載人航天的國家；中國已成為世界上少數獨立掌握空間技術的大國之一，在空間應用和空間科學領域也進行了積極探索，為人類航天事業發展作出了積極貢獻。與此同時，我們培養造就了一支業務精湛、素質優良、敢打硬仗的科技人才隊伍，在長時期不懈奮斗中形成的「兩彈一星」精神和載人航天精神，作為偉大的中華民族精神的生動體現，已經並將繼續對中國社會先進文化的建設起到重要的推動作用。

進入新世紀，中國步入了全面建設小康社會、推進社會主義現代化建設的新階段。按照全面建設小康社會的奮斗目標，到2020年，中國國內生產總值將比2000年翻兩番，人均GDP將超過3000美元左右——這對有著十幾億人口且是一個發展中的大國來說，將是一個既雄偉壯觀又切實可行的重要跨越。隨著中國經濟的快速發展和人民生活水平的不斷提高，中國航空航天業正面臨著新的發展機遇，有著廣闊的發展空間。

中國政府始終把航空航天科技作為帶動國家科學技術發展的重要戰略高技術之一，始終把航空航天產業作為提升國家綜合國力和國際競爭力、促進國民經濟發展、維護國家安全的重要戰略性產業之一。可以預見：在未來的二十年，中國的航空航天業必將為中國先進生產力的發展插上更加有力的翅膀，必將為中華民族完成新時期的歷史任務，實現民族偉大復興增添更加強勁的助推器。

中國政府支持和鼓勵中國航空工業以國內外市場需求為導向，改革創新，加快發展。我們將繼續實施以支線飛機起步的發展規劃，按照國際標准和市場化運作模式，努力推進支線飛機形成支柱產品；適應社會對通用航空的需求和空管改革的需要，加快推進通用飛機、輕型民用直升機的產業化步伐，加快新機型、新技術開發；進一步擴大民用飛機及相關產品和服務的出口；鼓勵企業按專業化、規模化方向不斷擴大國外航空零部件轉包生產和風險承包業務，積極融入國際航空工業大循環；我們還將結合國家中長期科技發展規劃的制定和實施，積極開展大型飛機工程的論證工作。

中國政府支持和鼓勵中國航天事業的科技進步和產業化發展。積極推進應用衛星從「試驗應用型」向「業務服務型」轉變，形成氣象衛星、資源衛星、海洋衛星、環境與災害監測小衛星群等應用衛星系列，建立長期穩定運行的衛星對地觀測體系；以「大型靜止軌道衛星公用平台」為依託，研製新一代通信廣播衛星、音頻/視頻直播衛星。研製「無毒、無污染、高可靠、大推力」的新一代運載火箭，全面提高中國運載火箭的整體水平和能力。繼續發展空間科學，開展深空探測，支持建立空間科學探測衛星系列和空間環境保障體系。我們將按計劃完成世人矚目的繞月探測工程，同時開展月球探測二、三期工程論證，積極推進載人航天的後續工作。

中國航空航天業將認真貫徹科學發展觀，進一步開闊發展思路，創新發展模式，拓展發展空間。一是堅持統籌規劃、協調發展。立足市場需求和未來發展需要，統籌考慮飛機、發動機、機載設備發展，統籌考慮空間技術、空間應用和空間科學發展，推動航空航天業走新型工業化發展道路。二是堅持強化基礎，自主創新。重視基礎研究和預先研究，重視提高產業科技水平和製造水平，增強自主創新能力和可持續發展能力。三是堅持深化改革、擴大開放。充分發揮市場配置資源的作用，深化企業產權制度改革和投融資體制改革，推進投資主體多元化進程，鼓勵和引導社會資金參與航空航天業建設；充分利用經濟全球化的機遇，進一步拓展國際合作領域，提高對外開放水平。四是堅持以人為本，實施人才戰略。培養和造就大批高素質的航空航天人才，吸引和鼓勵優秀人才投身航空航天事業，使中國航空航天業成為英才薈萃、人才輩出的行業，為中國經濟發展和社會全面進步作出更大貢獻。

中國航空航天業取得的成就，是中國航空航天人自力更生、艱苦奮斗的結果，也得益於對外開放和國際合作；中國航空航天業開創新的輝煌，需要依靠中國航空航天人團結拼搏、開拓創新，也離不開國際合作與交流。當今世界，是充滿競爭的時代，更是需要合作、講求共贏的時代。中國將始終奉行改革開放的基本國策，鼓勵和支持企事業單位在遵守國家外交政策和已簽署的國際條約的前提下，積極開展航空航天領域國際合作與交流。長期以來，中國政府和企業與許多國家的政府和企業之間在航空航天領域開展了卓有成效的合作。通過合作，彼此之間增進了了解，加強了聯系，建立了友誼，實現了優勢互補、共同發展。有的項目被譽為國際合作的範例。我們將一如既往，積極推動航空航天業的國際合作，為航空航天事業的跨越發展，為航空航天技術造福人類而不懈努力。

女士們，先生們：在航空航天人的眼裡，我們共同生活的星球只是一個小小的「地球村」。我們有著共同的家園，我們應進一步加強聯系與交流，共同探索宇宙的奧秘。讓我們共同攜手，抓住機遇，積極開展航空航天業全方位、多形式、寬領域的合作與交流，為共同推進世界航空航天事業的發展，為人類的文明和進步不斷作出應有的貢獻！

I have read the series of books.It gives me a lot of knowledges,including planes in the air,brave beasts in the forest,funny games and interesting festivals from different countries,and offers so much fun.
The most attracting one is Flying.It introce the history of aviation,which makes me know a lot.When I read the attempted flying of White brothers,I felt so happy.when I read the Charles flied across the Atlantic,and successfully landed in Pairs,it seemed I congratulated with them on the squre.when I read the crash of Amelia Earhart's plane in the Pacific,I felt so sorry.
In the second world war,planes played important role and made great complishments.These days,all kinds of planes flying in the sky all over the world.
A few days ago, an airplane exhibition was held in Zhuhai.Many new planes and perfomance were introced there,bringing hapiiness and knowlege to the people.
Seeing the development of aviation,I realized the importance of learing.We should work hard and make contributions for scioety.
